Tour Overview

Recommended playlist: Tchaikovsky, Wagner, Berlioz, or Holst

Notes: Do not do this walk on a Monday—the musée Rodin is closed. Admission fees are required for the Invalides. Additionally, for the musée Rodin, and la tour Eiffel (Eiffel Tower) audio guides are extra. This walk may take an entire day. You may plan on lunch at the Invalides, dinner at the Café du Marché, and then climb the tour Eiffel at night to see the lights of Paris; or you may do the entire walk except the musée de l’Armée at the Invalides and come back and visit it on a rainy day—it is definitely worth the visit.
