In 2017, the Macon community and fans of the Georgia based wood-bat collegiate summer baseball team in the Coastal Plain League voted on the name and now offers some of the most coveted atheletic merchandise outside of the major leagues! Now, even when the season isn't in full swing, you can still experience the next best thing in the South... the food!
This delicious culinary journey on will take you to 20 of Macon's most iconic restaurants to seek out dishes that highlight the most indulgent ingredient... bacon! Wrapped, sprinkled, topped, or even as the star of the show, the dishes along the trail are sure to pack the tastiest punch!
