Tour Overview
Thank you for joining a tour of Zionsville’s Century Structure homes, courtesy of the SullivanMunce Cultural Center and made possible by the Communty Foundation of Boone County. This tour will take you past a wide range of structures in the community and the history behind them. Some of these homes have existed since the 1860s or earlier. The Century Structure program began in 1987 to recognize and honor the historic buildings remaining in our community. Residential and commercial businesses that maintain their building’s original architectural style and integrity are eligible to apply. To date, there are nearly 50 residential century structures, and two dozen businesses. Enjoy historic and current photos of the structures and the surrounding areas on the page of each stop.
After your tour, consider visiting the many shops, restaurants, and cafes in Zionsville, or stopping by the Sullivan Munce cultural center to learn more about our town’s history. We thank you for visiting our community and hope you enjoy the tour!
