Tour Overview
Thank you for joining this curated tour of Zionsville’s Century Structure homes, presented by the SullivanMunce Cultural Center and made possible by the Community Foundation of Boone County. This tour offers a shortened version of our larger Century Structure program, highlighting a select group of historic homes that represent the architectural charm and history of our community.
You’ll discover a range of structures—some dating back to the 1860s—and learn the stories behind them. The Century Structure program, established in 1987, was created to recognize and honor residential and commercial buildings that have stood for over 100 years while maintaining their original architectural style and integrity. To date, there are nearly 50 designated century structures in Zionsville.
Scroll down the page of each stop to view historic and current photos of the homes and surrounding areas.
After your tour, we invite you to explore Zionsville’s vibrant shops, restaurants, and cafes—or stop by the SullivanMunce Cultural Center to dive deeper into our town’s rich history. Thank you for visiting, and we hope you enjoy this glimpse into Zionsville’s timeless beauty!
