The Jackson County, NC NAACP Branch #54AB, in conjunction with the Mountain Heritage Center, is proud to invite you to take the Journey to Freedom Together, an African American Historical Tour. This unique driving tour highlights important community centers, amazing leaders, and historic sites across Jackson, Macon, and Swain counties of Western North Carolina.
