Rijksmuseum // The Fault in Our Stars

The Rijksmuseum offers an overview of Dutch art and history, including works by 17th-century Dutch masters such as Rembrandt, Vermeer, and Hals.The cavernous entrance to the world-famous Rijksmuseum (Museumstraat 1) is actually a tunnel that allows both pedestrians and, most importantly, cyclists to pass through this gilded building.

At number 29 you'll find coffee shop De Dampkring. This is the location where Danny Ocean (George Clooney), Rusty Ryan (Brad Pitt), and Linus Caldwell (Matt Damon) meet Matsui (Robbie Coltrane) to discuss business. They end up making a fool out of Linus.

Oude Turfmarkt // Ted Lasso

The Oude Turfmarkt runs alongside the Grimburgwal Canal and is renowned for its 17th-century buildings, many of which were once utilized by traders and scholars. Today, it is home to part of the University of Amsterdam, including the Allard Pierson Museum, which showcases archaeology and cultural history.
