The Mall // Kramer vs. Kramer
The Mall is a grand, tree-lined pedestrian path that stretches a quarter-mile from 66th to 72nd Street. It is the only intentionally straight line in Central Park. In the early years of the park's existence, fashionable wealthy New Yorkers would ride through Central Park in their carriages and mingle on The Mall with less fortunate visitors who used the path to reach the Bethesda Fountain.

The sequel to Home Alone was filmed at the Plaza Hotel. The scenes in the lobby and the suite were shot inside the hotel. After the movie's release, the Plaza offered Home Alone 2: Lost in New York packages. For $1100 a night, families could stay in Suite 411 – the 'Kevin Suite'.
