Tour Overview

The Georges River Council Historical Markers Program was developed in response to requests from the community to recognise people and places of historical and cultural importance. Each year, applications from the community are reviewed and up to five new markers are installed.

Please take the tour to discover the locations as well as the interesting stories behind our historical markers. You can find out more about the program and making an application on the Georges River Council website.
