Our Journey began in 2008. What started as a home-brewing kit for two engineering students, Eric and Jason, at the University of Colorado in Boulder, soon became an obsession. Their knack for precision and love for the scientific process led to some truly excellent beer. With the unwavering support of friends and family, their dream of starting a brewery quickly took flight.Prepare for Takeoff. In 2013, fate (and a mutual love for beer) brought Eric and Morgan together as next-door neighbors. Morgan’s hospitality experience was the missing ingredient to their recipe for success. Together, they launched FlyteCo® Brewing in 2019, transforming their passion into a beloved community brewery. Since then, they’ve added more taps, more space, and a number of awards, including a silver medal for the FlyteCo® Marzen Copter and bronze medal for the P-38 Pumpkin Porter at the 2021 Brewski Awards.

Conveniently located near Central Park and Fitzsimons, our tasting room offers glasses, flights, and retail bottles—plus, you might even get the chance to chat with our cider maker.Founded in 2018 by husband-and-wife team Daniel and Talia Haykin, Haykin Family Cider is an award-winning, small-batch cidery dedicated to honoring apples the way wineries celebrate grapes. Our ciders are crisp, sparkling, and complex, showcasing the distinct flavors of rare and heirloom apple varieties.Unlike traditional ciders, ours feature higher carbonation and zero additives—no added sugar, flavors, or adjuncts—resulting in a refined drinking experience reminiscent of fine sparkling wine. Using a process similar to white winemaking, we let each apple’s natural acidity, sweetness, and subtle complexities shine, enhanced only by fermentation. Most of our ciders are single varietals, allowing each apple’s unique character to take center stage, with occasional cuvees and blends making special appearances.All of our ciders are certified kosher with the Scroll K hechsher.

Two 22 Brew
One of the most common questions we get is, "Where does the name Two22 come from?" To answer this, we need to take you back to 2004, a pivotal year for our co-founder, Paige Schuster. It was then that Paige faced the heartbreaking reality of her father's sudden passing in a plane crash. Her father was a pillar of the community, instilling in Paige a deep love and passion for giving back. In his honor, the Schuster family established the Schuster Family Foundation, dedicated to supporting Colorado non-profits in education, the environment, and whole-person well-being.As Paige grew, she carried her father's legacy through the Foundation but yearned to extend its reach. During her time at the University of Denver, she met Marcus Christianson, her now husband, who shared her philanthropic vision. Together, they brainstormed ways to further the legacy of giving back.Their answer was closer than they realized. As avid home brewers, Paige and Marcus decided to transform their hobby into something more significant—a neighborhood and family-oriented brewery. This venture not only fulfilled their vision but also became a beloved community hub where love flows through its taps and out its doors.The name Two22 has a unique origin. Paige was determined to create a business with a 20% charity focus but kept waking up at exactly 2:22 am. This serendipitous moment inspired the naming of Two22, which donates 22% of profits to charitable organizations, honoring the example set by Paige’s father.And that’s how Two22 got its name! If you're inspired to contribute to our causes, you'll find a charity jar under the tap list.
