If you have prebooked to go into Doune castle, please wait by the entrance of Doune Castle while your driver checks you in.

A member of the castle staff will give you an audio guide while you wait. The audio guide is only in English as it is narrated by Terry Jones from Monty Python. There is a special section within the audio guide dedicated to Outlander and is narrated by Sam Heughan aka Jamie Fraser.

If you haven't prebooked to go in but would like to do so now, you can purchase entry from the ticket office.

If you're not going into the castle then feel free to have walk around the grounds.

Take the time to grab some lunch from the nearby restaurants such as Bramble, Cambpells, Samphire or Fyne Fish and Chips.

You can visit Inverary Castle, Inverary Jail or sit by the water and watch the world go by.
