Tour Summary:

This guided tram tour takes you through the working campus of NASA’s Johnson Space Center, the home of America’s human spaceflight program. Along the route, you’ll pass active facilities where engineers design spacecraft, scientists study lunar and meteorite samples, and teams prepare for missions to the Moon, Mars, and beyond. Highlights include the Space Environment Simulation Laboratory, astronaut training buildings, Orion spacecraft testing facilities, and Rocket Park. The tour offers a broad overview of how NASA operates as a functioning spaceflight center — from research and testing to leadership and mission preparation. This portion of the tour remains aboard the tram.
