This hike is all about the scenery. You get views over Freiburg and the surrounding forest with some historical sites in between. If you only have time for one easy hike, this is the one for you. - a bit of
adventure, lots of views, the best photo ops and a climb up the sightseeing tower. Views views views!

Starting Point.

This hike starts in the Old Town of Freiburg, at the town gate called Schwabentor. If you turn your your GPS on (recommended) you can find the begin of the hike when starting the tour.

Starting your hike. Once you downloaded the tour click on 'Start Tour'. On the next screen you will see a hiking map and three small dots in the top right corner of the map. Click on the dots and read through 'how the App works'. Then return to the map. You are ready to go!
