Created by the 1944 Convention on International Civil Aviation, or Chicago Convention, the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) is a United Nations agency that facilitates cooperation among its 193 member states on the safe, secure, and sustainable development.
ICAO has been hosted in Montreal for 80 years and is the reason why Montreal is recognized as the World Capital of Civil Aviation.
This walking tour will reveal the story of this organization and the civil aviation in the city.
