Tsing Shan Monastery is located atTuen Mun Castle Peak. At the Northern and Southern Dynasties, Master Pui To traveled to Castle Peak to preach Buddhism. Pui To Nunnery (present Tsing Shan Monastery) was built to commemorate Master Pui To. Tsing Shan Monastery is also known as one of the three major monasteries in Hong Kong. Many buildings in Tsing Shan Monastery are listed as Grade I historic buildings.

Hau Kok Tin Hau Temple
During the Ming Dynasty, Tuen Mun fisherman wanted to pray for safe working trip. They built Hau Kok Tin Hau Temple in the Tuen Mun reverso to worship the Tin Hau. Now, Hau Kok Tin Hau Temple is Tuen Mun Resident's religion center.

Tuen Tsz Wai
In the Ming Dynasty, Tuen Tsz Wai (屯子圍)was one of the places that the To clans settled in Tuen Mun. There are three To Ancestral Halls around Tuen Tsz Wai and two of them were abandoned in the 1900s. The remain hall was Ng Lau Tong.

Tsing Chuen Wai
Tsing Chuen Wai (青磚圍), named after the building materials of the walled village - Green Bricks (青磚), was built by the To clan during Qing Dynasty. The village had four watchtowers and surrounded by walls in order to protect the residents from pirates and bandits. Most of these walls were destroyed in 1960s, only one of the bricks walls is left.
