Tour Overview
A walking tour showcasing some of the species that call Maine home.
The landscape of the area is full of hills and open fields. A lot of the area is made up of vast forests, and sometimes those forests make it difficult to see roads that branch of the main road, so be careful. Before more human construction, the area was filled with a lot more trees. But as the population increased, the forests began to get cut down to make room for more homes. Appearal depnds on the weather and climate of the environment adn the seaosn. If its warm and dry, t-shirt and shorts should be fine. If its wet then wearing boots wwould be better. There are no thorns at any of the locations so that's not something to worry about. Ticks are a big issue though so make sure to wear bug spray in order to prevent ticks.
