Explore and learn while taking a walking tour of the Near East Side. This tour will take to to cultural destinations old and new.
The Near East Side (NES) is bounded by I-670, I-71, Woodland Ave, and Broad St. Neighborhoods such as Woodland Park and King-Lincoln Bronzeville are located within the Near East Side. This area hosts many historical and cultural gems such as the Lincoln Theater, Poindexter Village, The Kings Arts Complex. This tour will show you a few of the area's staples and what truly makes it so unique to other parts of Columbus.
